Ready made walls have cement boards on both sides and aerated concrete in the middle. Prestressed concrete panels pre cast walls for faster and economical boundary wall solutions. After a test sample is hardened and tested workers pour it into pre made molds.

This combination is also completely fire resistant and sound transmission is reduced allowing intrusive noise to be kept at a minimum. This attractive real concrete finish shows the irregularities and characteristics of natural polished concrete. Custom made walls that are ready to be installed. Solid ready made wall panels are high strength artificial walls that can be used as an alternative to regular brick walls or to make partitions in between the space available.

We manufacture compound walls which are done using natural stones to making rcc concrete folding ready made precast compound these compound wall are available in different sizes and are used as in place of conventional bricks or stones used in construction of houses and buildings. Qcs are available in different sizes. Our precast concrete wall panels are fabricated in thickness as required for the specific project and typically in widths of 8 to 14 feet and in various lengths. Barrette structural prefabricated walls are custom made at our plant and arrive at the jobsite ready to be installed according to your construction plan. The floor or roof the slabs are made in 90mm to 300mm thickness and the wall the panels are made in 90mm to 200mm thickness.
